Refunds & Cancellations

Personal Training

  1. If your scheduling conflict is known in advance and we are notified at least 24 hours ahead of time, it may be possible to make the session up at a later date or with a different trainer. However, this cannot be guaranteed.
  2. Any sessions missed with less than 24 hours notification are forfeited..
  3. We can only refund you with credit towards another session. This credit is non-transferable and accounts only for the sessions remaining in your training package at the time you requested cancellation.
  4. Cash refunds will be granted if a medical condition prevents continuation of the programme.

Group Training

Price & Payment

  1. Payment for training packages must be made in advance, but sessions do not have to be booked at the time of payment.
  2. All sessions must be used within 31 days of purchase.

Weekends & Bank Holidays

  1. Any sessions missed with less than 48 hours notification are forfeited.

Guarantees

  1. We offer a 100% guarantee that, we will help each and every client achieve their goals. However, this is based on the following:
    1. You understand that you must fully commit to your training programme in order for you to achieve your set goals.
    2. You understand your progress depends on your own individual effort and cooperation both in and out of session with your trainer.
    3. You are required to arrive on time for each session so that the trainer’s full training programme for that each session is achieved.
    4. You are required to wear appropriate clothing and footwear.
    5. You are required to complete a Physical Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) before undertaking your first personal training session.
    6. You may be required to obtain a letter of ‘medical clearance’ from your GP before any training may take place.
    7. You understand that it is your responsibility to inform the Trainer of any conditions of changes to your health, now and ongoing, which might affect your ability to exercise safely and with minimal risk of injury.
    8. If your trainer requires any further medical information, this must be provided.
    9. You understand that there are inherent risks in participating in a programme of strenuous exercise. If you sustain or claim to sustain any injury while participating in training, you acknowledge that the Trainer is not responsible, except where the injury was caused by his/her gross negligence or intentional act.
    10. Your Trainer cannot be held liable in any way for undeclared or unknown medical conditions.
    11. The goals must be discussed with and signed-off by the trainer.
    12. The goals must be:
      1. Measureable
      2. Realistic
    13. Should the client not feel completely satisfied with our services, we will review their claim.
    14. SAINTFLEX reserves the right to refuse refunds and refunds are offered strictly on a discretionary basis.
